We are homeowners on Sanibel; we no longer rent our home (we moved here, yay!) but we have many friends and neighbors with nice home rentals.

just one block in from West Gulf Drive and just a 5 minute walk to

large screened lanai and pool area. Over 2000 sq. ft. of living space. Washer/Dryer. King bed in master BR, queen and
twin in 2nd BR, daybed with trundle in 3rd BR, sleeper sofa.
Newly updated baths: master bath has double sinks in marble top, large vanity,
shower and walk in closet. Guest bath has corian countertop, large vanity,
tub and shower.
Great open feeling with kitchen open to family room, dining room and screened
lanai and pool area. Ample cabinets, kitchen also has "breakfast bar" eating
area and pass thru to screened porch with counter eating area on porch. Newly

Rates (2008 and 2009):
Off season (May
- November) $3500/month
Peak Season (Feb, March): $7500/month
Shoulder Season (January, April, December): $5500/month
Plus $35 booking fee and 11% Florida
tax. Rates subject to
change but we try to keep website up to date; rates negotiable for open dates
within a month of booking, if booked through us, the owners.
We'd love
to have you as our guests and know you will enjoy the home as much as we do!
All that is needed to confirm your reservation is a 20% deposit , payable by credit card or check. Balance is due by check 60 days prior to arrival. Our rental agency will mail or email confirmation and check-in information after receipt of your deposit (all deposits, taxes, and final payments are collected by our rental agency on the island).
Deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date, less $50.00 cancellation fee. Prepayments for any notice of less than ninety days will also be refunded if we are able to re-rent the home for the same term and rate (if rented for lesser term and rate, we will refund up to that amount). No security deposit required (our agency takes a credit card imprint upon arrival). Non refundable pet deposit of $150 added for pets, with owner approval. Optional trip insurance is available through our rental agency on Sanibel.
