Amenities:
Located off of West Gulf Drive, about 6 miles from the Sanibel causeway. Boulder Drive is the first street over from West Gulf Drive which runs along the gulf so that makes short walk to the beach access on West Gulf (about equivalent of 2.5 blocks). Our home is a ground level, 3BR/2BA ranch home with screened, heated pool. The house is located in a friendly neighborhood with quiet streets great for walks and bike riding.  It is a  2200 square foot ground level three bedroom two bathroom split floor plan home on nearly a ½ acre property. The master bedroom has a King bed with bathroom, dressing room and flat screen HDTV with Blue Ray DVD, the second has a Queen with walk in closet and flat screen HDTV, and the third has two twin beds. There is a large flat screen HDTV with Blue Ray DVD in the living room. There is a heated swimming pool with screened in cage and high speed wireless internet service. It was completely remodeled this fall; new tile flooring, cabinets, bathrooms, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and furniture. There are beach chairs, umbrella and wagon.  No smoking home

To the above rate, add 11% Florida tax, and refundable security deposit (no other fees except pet deposit if applicable). Rates subject to change but we try to keep website up to date; rates negotiable for open dates within a month of booking,

Deposit, payment, and cancellation policy:

All that is needed to confirm your reservation is a $300.00 or 20% deposit (whichever is greater),   payable by credit card or check. Balance is due by check 60 days prior to arrival.  We will email you a contract and confirmation of  your deposit.

Deposit is refundable if reservation is canceled 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Any notice of less than 90 days will be refunded if we are able to re-rent the property for the same dates/rates.
