BEACHSIDE BLISS HOME ON SANIBEL
“Beachside Bliss” is located in the East Rocks subdivision located just off of West Gulf Drive, about 6 miles from the Sanibel causeway. Boulder Drive is the first street over from West Gulf Drive which runs along the gulf so that makes just a 2 block walk to the beach access on West Gulf.
Our home is a 3BR/2BA ranch home with screened pool. The pool is max 6ft deep and heated. The house is located in a friendly neighborhood with quiet streets great for walks and bike riding.
We purchased the home in Dec.’06 empty with only new carpet and fresh paint. All furnishings in blues/greens/sand are new in addition to an updated kitchen and new roof. For the present, we will be renting the home until retirement in the future permits us to spend more time there.
The home was built in 1995 and has a split bedroom layout with A/C of course, and ceiling fans in every room. The Great room and bedrooms are carpeted while the kitchen is tiled. The kitchen, Great room and master bedroom have sliding glass doors to the screened pool/lanai area.
The 24’ vaulted Great room that faces the private, beautifully landscaped pool area separates the master bedroom from the 2 guest bedrooms. The Great room has 2 sofas(including a queen sleeper), game table, 2 swivel chairs and a lounge chair for enjoying the 42” plasma HDTV with DVD and stereo or the pool view. A desk area has high-speed internet/wireless computer access.
The Master bedroom also faces the pool and has a king bed, flat screen TV, desk, reading chair and walk-in closet. The adjoining bath has a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and double vanity.
The tropical themed second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, TV/DVD, and recliner.
In the guest bath, the walk-in shower/toilet area is divided from the large sink vanity.
The beach themed third bedroom has a twin and full bed also with a TV and large closet. All rooms have spacious closets.
There is a large fully equipped and updated kitchen with corian counters. It has a round glass top table with seating for 6-8. It also opens to the pool area that has a covered lanai area with dining plus a sunny area with chaises for relaxing. A gas BBQ grill is provided. The laundry room is just off the kitchen as is the entrance to the 2 car garage that includes items to take to the beach.
Pool and lanai area included dining table with 6 chairs, two chaise lounges and two recliner chairs. Gas grill available for your use.
Other amenities provided include two adult bikes, beach chairs, pool noodles, sand toys.

Deposit, payment, and cancellation policy:
All that is needed to confirm your reservation is a $300.00 or 20% deposit (whichever is greater), payable by credit card or check. Balance is due by check 60 days prior to arrival. We will email you a contract and confirmation of your deposit.
Deposit is refundable if reservation is canceled 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Any notice of less than 90 days will be refunded if we are able to re-rent the property for the same dates/rates.
