There is access to screened lanai from master bedroom, living room and family room. Lanai and pool area are screened in with large 30 x 53 enclosure. Lanai is open to pool and screen enclosure, and we also have a bar refrigerator and small microwave out on the lanai for poolside beverages and snacks. You can ask for lunch from the family cook via the pass thru window to the kitchen and the new quartz countertop on lanai is perfect for parties and buffets. Enjoy the comfortable, colorful patio set with swivel rockers as well as poolside chaise lounges and chairs. We also have removable child fence that can be put up between home and pool for those with small children.
