Bedroom #3 is light and bright with large windows and has a "beachy" theme with bright beach umbrella colors.  This room can be used as bedroom or office or both.  Bedding is daybed with pull out trundle and room also includes chest of drawers, nightstand, desk with hutch & printer stand.  There is phone line and high speed internet connection by the desk.
